Ethan Benovitz is the Chairman of RenalGuard Solutions Inc. He is also Chairman of Genesis Capital Advisors LLC, a New York based investment firm. Ethan has more than twenty years of management, advisory and general business experience in a variety of industries including technology, specialty finance and healthcare. He earned his JD from Harvard Law School and a BA from Yeshiva University and also serves as a director of Zadara Storage, Vroom.com and MedyMatch Technology Ltd.
Andrew Halpert joined the RenalGuard Solutions team in 2006, with more than 17 years of experience in the medical device industry. Prior to joining RenalGuard Solutions, he worked for Coridea, a medical device incubator, where he developed a number of new medical products, including the initial prototype RenalGuard System. He acquired start-up experience as a member of the team that developed CHF Solution's Aquadex System, and led a team of engineering interns who built and tested the Dobelle Institute's first wearable artificial vision system to restore vision to blind volunteers. Mr. Halpert received his M.B.A. degree from Babson College and his B.S. in electrical engineering from Columbia University.
Gregory W. Mann
Managing Director, Chief Business and Financial Officer
Gregory W. Mann has served as the Company's CFO since October 2011. Prior to joining RenalGuard Solutions, Mr. Mann was Business Unit CFO of the Healthcare, Insurance, Financial Transformation, and Emerging Markets business units at Virtusa Corp, a publicly traded IT services company. At Virtusa, Mr. Mann was involved in its successful IPO, and responsible for the company's M&A activity. Prior to Virtusa, he held various finance and M&A roles of increasing responsibility at companies including Acusphere, InterGen Energy, and BeFree Inc. Mr. Mann serves on the board of advisors for two privately held med-tech companies and also serves on the board of several non-profit organizations.
Kenneth J. Luppi Vice President, Operations
Ken Luppi came to PLC Medical Systems in 1993 as Director of Service Operations, after spending a number of years as National Service Manager for Candela Laser Corporation, a medical laser company. In 1997, he was named Vice President of Operations for PLC Medical Systems, and has served in that capacity since then. Ken received his B.S. degree in Biomedical Engineering from Boston University
